Origin Bank Employee Earns Certification
DALLAS – Origin Bank has announced that Holly Reed was awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association. The CFMP designation is awarded to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of financial services marketing.
To qualify for the CFMP certification, individuals must have certain levels of experience and education in the corporate trust profession, pass an exam and agree to abide by a code of ethics. The CFMP exam covers many areas including financial principles, laws and regulations, market research, characteristics of marketing plans, and marketing components.

Reed is a vice president of business development for Origin’s Dallas market and has been with Origin since 2011. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a Master of Business Administration. Reed is highly involved in community endeavors, being a member of such charitable organizations as the Genesis Women’s Shelter, Community Partners of Dallas, and the National Charity League, Turtle Creek chapter. She has three children, and maintains an office at the bank’s Dallas Financial Center at 3838 Oaklawn Avenue.
