Origin Bank Hires Kade McDonald as Market Relationship Banker

SHREVEPORT, LA – Origin Bank has announced that Kade McDonald has joined the company as an assistant vice president, market relationship banker for the company’s Shreveport team.

McDonald comes to Origin with five and a half years of experience in the oil and gas industry as a landman. During his time as a landman he had a variety of duties, including interest and net interest calculations, due diligence, title research, and extensive dealings with land owners on surface damage and lease negotiations. In his role at Origin, his focus will be on developing new relationships and providing current and future clients with unparalleled banking service.

McDonald has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. He is a member of the board of directors for the Ark-La-Tex Oilman’s Golf Association tournament and is involved with the Querbes Park Foundation. He and his family are members of Broadmoor Baptist Church. He is married to Claire Wicker McDonald and they have a seven month old daughter. McDonald will maintain an office in the bank’s Market Street Banking Center in downtown Shreveport.
