Origin Bank Hires Melissa Kelly to Join Houston Mortgage Team

HOUSTON -- Origin Bank has announced that Melissa Kelly has joined the company as a senior mortgage loan officer for the bank’s home lending division. 

Kelly has 30 years of mortgage experience, specializing in purchase transactions and construction lending, specifically with the One-Time Close Program, which allows borrowers to combine financing for a lot purchase, construction and permanent mortgage into a single mortgage loan. In her position at Origin she will be responsible for building new relationships for the bank’s home lending division and will continue her focus on construction lending.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and international business from the University of Texas at Austin. She has been married to Pat Kelly for 30 years and has two adult sons. She will maintain an office at Origin’s Memorial City Financial Center at 9805 Katy Freeway in Houston.
