Origin Bank Hires Sara Walkowiak as Senior Mortgage Loan Consultant and Sales Manager

ADDISON, TX – Origin Bank has announced that Sara Walkowiak has joined the company as a vice president, senior mortgage loan consultant and sales manager for Origin Bank Home Lending. Walkowiak has 29 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in product marketing, sales and recruiting, residential mortgage closing and legal document preparation. In her position at Origin Bank she will focus on business development and recruiting for the bank’s home lending and warehouse mortgage divisions.

Walkowiak served in the United States Army as the administrative assistant to the company commander of the 41st Artillery Brigade in Babenhausen, Germany, prior to entering the mortgage field. She is involved with the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association. She is also licensed as a realtor in the state of Texas. She is married to Peter J. Walkowiak and together they have three children and one grandchild.
