Origin Bank Hires Savana Skelton as Vice President, Mississippi Mortgage Market Leader

Origin Bank today announced that it has hired Savana Skelton as Vice President, Mississippi Mortgage Market Leader. The announcement marks Skelton’s return to Origin where she previously served as a mortgage loan officer.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Savana back to Origin,” said Origin’s Chief Retail Mortgage Officer, Nick Marascia. “Her deep understanding of mortgage lending and exceptional people skills make her a great asset to our clients and to Origin’s Mississippi leadership team.”

Skelton has over 17 years of banking experience, specializing in mortgage lending and consumer banking. In her new role, she will serve new and existing clients with their mortgage lending and daily banking needs. She will also assist in recruiting professionals to join Origin’s team of trusted advisors.

Skelton earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University. She and her husband John reside in the Jackson area with their two daughters Lana Brooke and Sadie.
