Origin Bank Names Warrie R. Birdwell Commercial Banking Manager

DALLAS – Origin Bank, formerly Community Trust Bank, has announced that Warrie R. Birdwell has joined the bank as a senior vice president and manager of the bank’s Dallas commercial banking team.

Birdwell has over fifteen years of banking experience, specializing in serving the financial needs of both privately held and publicly owned middle market companies. In his position at Origin Bank he will focus on expanding relationships with existing clients and fostering new relationships in order to continue growing the bank’s presence in the Dallas market. Birdwell has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at SMU.

Birdwell serves on the Dallas Regional Council of the Make a Wish Foundation of North Texas and is a member of the SMU Lettermen’s Club. He and his wife, Elizabeth, have three daughters.
