Origin Bank Promotes Jeff Parker to Lincoln Parish Market Leader

RUSTON, LA – Origin Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Origin Bancorp, Inc. (OBNK), has announced that it has promoted Jeff Parker to the role of Lincoln Parish Market Leader.

Parker has served the organization since November 2007 as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking. He has 18 years of banking experience, specifically in commercial banking with a specialization in lending to middle market companies. He also brings an expertise in private banking, real estate lending, small business lending and business development.

In his new position, Parker will be responsible for Origin’s lending and deposit activities in Lincoln Parish and will provide direct leadership and supervision of the lending team. He will also actively represent the bank in the community, coordinate new business development activities and cultivate business relationships.

Parker has a Bachelor of Science in finance and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He is community focused, serving on the boards of directors for the North Louisiana Economic Partnership and the Ruston-Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau, where he is also the treasurer. He is on the finance committee and is the capital campaign co-chair for Trinity United Methodist Church, is on the board of directors for Ruston Dixie Baseball, the treasurer for the A.E. Phillips Laboratory School Parent Faculty Council, a United Way community investment volunteer, and a past president for the Louisiana Tech Alumni Association.

Parker is married to Shelley Parker and together they have two children. He maintains an office at Origin’s Ruston Financial Center on North Trenton Street.
