Origin Bank’s Marisol O’Neal Named to 2016 Top 20 Under 40 by Monroe News-Star
RUSTON, LA – Origin Bank Treasury Management Officer Marisol O’Neal was recently named to the Monroe News-Star’s “Top 20 Under 40” list for 2016. The newspaper’s annual feature spotlights 20 honorees selected from a larger nomination pool of 67 candidates for their outstanding professional and personal accomplishments and for their commitment to community involvement. O’Neal and the other 2016 honorees were recognized at the Top 20 Under 40 Awards celebration, held on September 8 at the Monroe Civic Center.
An assistant vice president, O’Neal has been with Origin Bank since 2008. As a treasury management officer, her primary focus and expertise are centered on the bank’s Louisiana business clients. She is tasked with advising clients of opportunities, processes and products that will help them to enhance their efficiencies, protect their assets and make them more profitable.
O’Neal has a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a pre-law concentration from Louisiana Tech University. Outside of her banking career she is actively involved in the community. She is an advisor for Phi Mu sorority at Louisiana Tech, a member of the NCLA Boys and Girls Club resource development committee, a board member for the Wiggin’ Out organization, a participant in the United Way Read.Learn.Succeed program, a former member of United Way’s community investment group, and a former mentor for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization. She is married to Adam O’Neal, and maintains an office at Origin Bank’s Ruston Financial Center.
